The Pointe Hilton Tapatio Cliffs Resort’s most valuable asset is its team members. Meeting planner recognition of performance is greatly appreciated by the entire team. One method by which team members are recognized is through WOW Cards. WOW cards are given to Meeting Planners upon arrival to the Resort. The cards are designed to bring special recognition to any Pointe Person they feel provided exceptional service at any time during their stay. WOW cards are completed by the meeting planner by filling in the name of Pointe Person, Event Name, Date and name of Meeting Planner. WOW cards are then returned to Event Services, and then distributed to the Pointe Person with a Loyalty ticket. Loyalty tickets are then entered into a raffle. Raffle prizes are awarded once a month at a Resort Recognition meeting.
